Nuts for Cheese was born of a passion for vegan cooking and founded by young Canadian entrepreneur Margaret Coons. Our cheeses are individually hand-crafted, made from fermented cashews to replicate an authentic cheese process to provide cheese lovers with a healthier, vegan alternative. Whether you shred, spread or melt them, Nuts for Cheese products are very versatile and can be used in many delicious recipes, just like real cheese!
