JYOTI Natural Foods was founded in the USA in 1979 as a pioneering venture to produce high quality, nutritious Indian foods to all who were familiar with Indian cuisine. Today, we make a large variety of Indian foods packaged in shelf-stable cans and pouches. In an effort to preserve the environment, we also make sure not to waste water or energy during our manufacturing process and use cans that are made with more than 60% recycled steel.
